      A Company on the Rebound

      Pros

      The company is just large enough to be a major player in the market, but small enough to build relationship that the larger ones can't. It now has new executives, but even if they are all still from inside the company. Hopefully, they can right the ship.

      Cons

      Management was terrible for the past couple years. They were the same people who built the company to it's peak in 2011 & 2012, but they failed to make adjustments to the ever changing market. By not spending money on what made them successful, they attempted to throw money and new options (which they've now sold). Teradata may have offered the best product on the market, but they priced themselves out of competition and management didn't care.

      Pros

      Majority of employees are awesome and great to work with. There are many intelligent people with great ideas and experience. Work life balance was pretty good

      Cons

      Management is old school and always right no matter how wrong they may be. Very slow to progress and innovate. Everyone is a number, performance reviews were lacking or worthless. No career develop

      Pros

      Company is quickly moving into a new direction. New CEO and new LT are actively driving the change in the company. Focus on Cloud and Open Source have steadily increased over the past quarters. Love attending the various Hackathon's and quarterly celebrations! Offices are being remodeled to new state of the art design and our team can't wait to move into our new space!

      Cons

      IT is still in yesterday land and always in the way of progress. It will take even more change to fix that.
