      Pays good but less learning opportunity

      Pros

      1. Conveyance and shift allowance apart from package 2. work life balance (depending on your Manager/project)

      Cons

      1. Not much role of HR, everything depends on the Manager/project 2. Cant move between practices (nearly impossible) 3. No onshore-offshore culture so might have to work 24*7 4. Not good work/project to do as compared to other companies 5. less learning opportunity
