      Experienced people. Good comp. Transformation seems to be working. Excellent internal training and events (if you qualify to participate).

      Cons

      Targeting only the biggest customers resulting into few opportunities and complex sales cycle. Complex service delivery with limited process and software support.

      1. Good people to work with, you will get lot of help from your peers. 2. Depending on the practise that you are joining, the projects differ. They have good number of support projects and some are huge 3. Less internal politics 4. Good for ETL and Support Related Job

      Cons

      1. Lot of management changes, 2. You might have tough time with the HRs here. 3. Few development projects. 4 It is very or nearly impossible to change and get into new technology. 5. Not a good place for developers, especially for java, python, ML ,Hadoop.
