Company with Transparency and Ethtics. Good access to all company levels, good incentives to learn and improve knowledge and sharing experience among peers. Salary above the market average. Here the collaboration is one of the success key.

Cons

A niche market that is suffering with the current changes of how to manage data and use it to become actionable. The big data with hadoop is creating some disruptive technologies and becoming the competition very high requesting some adaption on how to work and sell on this new environment.
