      There is plenty of work and some great people to work with

      Poor upper management, and with lack of vision. Also very little salary raises and many excuses when it comes to improving compensation

      Pros

      Brilliant knowledge base and willingness to transform. Lots of opportunity if you are willing to go after it. Very motivated to go after younger engineers. Family oriented and very flexible with hours and needs outside of work. The Company upper management is passionate and great.

      Cons

      Hitting hard times and having to change. The knowledge base of really technically strong senior people is often less flexible and resists that change. Opportunity internally is scarce due to difficult financial position. Not tier one compensation, but they make up for it with work flexibility. Upper management is great. CEO seems dispassionate.
