      Market leading position is being challenged by Hadoop players and making it very difficult. Management are unreasonably taking it out on the sales team.

      Work with extremely smart people. Everyone is willing to help. Amazing work-life balance. Lots of support.

      Pros

      Good technology and leader in the business sector, with highly talented and dedicated employee. Be able to deliver on customer wishes and maintaining high level of user satisfaction.

      Cons

      Relatively lower pay scale, and management changed for the past couple years costing billions of dollars in the wrong acquisitions. Over spending in sales/marketing with little to none increase in the R&D of the core business, which led to being the leader in the industry, the company is becoming a follower.
