      This is absolutely good company with main branch located in San Diego, CA. Great job and progressive tools.

      Teradata doesn't know how to manage engineering

      Good pay - they do pay well

      Cons

      They have an Engineering Leadership Team that does not know how to manage the company's engineering efforts. They are just interested in keeping their empires and silos at Teradata. The shareholders are not happy either which is why they had to layoff a significant number of engineers. They should not have outsourced so much engineering overseas.
