      Pros

      Strategic thinking by leadership to move a database company to analytic company; ie why have data if you can't get business intelligence out of it. "Get Answers"?

      Cons

      Process heavy, seems to be going the GE way. Putting a lot of dashboards/processes in place which may or may not deliver the products.
