      - Engineers are approachable ( Not all though) - Culture - Salary ( Decent) - Work Life Balance

      Cons

      - No definite career growth path - Vision is never translated to the engineers - Layoffs rampant - Sinking Stock Price - Lack of Training Opportunities

      Good engineers guided by horrible management

      Horrible management: For e.g.: ever changing roadmap from the leadership team, few managers have no clue about the product they are managing. Layoff culture
