Pros

Nice campus, co-workers are approachable, some very smart long-time employees. Benefits were good. The quarterly keggers were fun.

Cons

The middle managers I had were terrible. The first was technically competent but had no people skills. The second spewed buzzwords without apparently knowing much about the technologies behind them. The company doesn't seem to have a clue as to how to make best use of human capital. I wouldn't plan on a long-term investment in their stock. Pay seems below industry standards.

Pros

The only pros I found was flexible timing.

Cons

Well I can blabber and go on about the cons as the list is quite long but some are here below. Quality of work is not so great. 80% time it just bug fixing. Company don't take care of employees. There are no outings, team lunch, cultural activities etc. Company is so cheap in giving hikes. My average hike was 3.3% per year. Btw I worked 3 years full time hoping that they will value my contribution some day. But I was a fool. They will give any amount to freshers but for experienced don't ask them to pay. Company policies are full of crap. Employee perspective doesn't even matter for them.

We’re sorry you had a negative experience. A lot of innovation and new product development happens out of India, and there is renewed focus from management to have more new development and increased ownership of products from India. Our Hyderabad office plans Quarterly team lunches, and team level celebrations happen fairly often. Employee perspectives, current and former, are extremely important to us. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best of luck in your next endeavor.
