Pros
Good technology and leader in the business sector, with highly talented and dedicated employee. Be able to deliver on customer wishes and maintaining high level of user satisfaction.
Cons
Relatively lower pay scale, and management changed for the past couple years costing billions of dollars in the wrong acquisitions. Over spending in sales/marketing with little to none increase in the R&D of the core business, which led to being the leader in the industry, the company is becoming a follower.
