Pros

Depends on which team you are , for particular team you can learn lot of things , new technologies and know the full technology stack . You can touch different areas if you are lucky and aggressive. For family people great place awesome work life balance . Flexible . management encourages for ideas. very nicely behaved, helping people everywhere. NO internal politics i have observed. Friendly atmosphere.

Cons

For other team its very slow learning . you are very stuck , not so exciting to grow outside . no R&D at all .very slow growth in learning than any silicon valley companies. No basic office perks /shares/ very less salary / less vacation / far less benefits than any other companies of Teradata standard in san diego itself , not at all cool for freshers and young , smart employees. Young employees tend to leave often. With less benefits people are not attracted at all . Very slow process ,even not able to attract top talents from San Diego itself due to management laziness. So Facing hard time in market with other vendors . For less benefits and less investment on internal R&D its hard time in future for once great company with great technology stack .
