Great learning experience. Teradata brought many jobs back to the US that were outsourced to India.

Cons

Lots of integration problems between internal systems, so lots of headaches. IT management has little clue, leadership, or control over what is going on.

Excellent Senior Management, Highly motivated (small-sized) teams, good work/life balance, flexible work timings, steep learning curve, Top management encourages lots of R&D works, filing IDRs and patents even from entry level SE, good career growth, best place for self-motivated professionals.

Cons

Lack of team outings, entertainment and "WOW" factor.
