Lots of new and interesting technology in use to pick up and learn. Great people and interesting projects too. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Lacking leadership especially in the cloud org. The cloud org is all over the place and need direction. Nothing useful comes from the GM.

Should be lucky enough to get a team which has great work going on. Most of the other work other than Core DBS development can be boring.
