Pros
Started as a fresher and have been here since. Good company in my personal opinion but you will find many who do not think so.. it comes down to personal experience at the end of the day. You work life balance will depend on the project you are assigned to. Job security is pretty good, no lay offs by the company in tough times off late so really appreciate it (y)
Cons
Some Sr Managers think too much of themselves. But they're in a commanding position so it is better to be in everyone's good books. Something I never cared about but I've survived fairly without much hiccups purely based on my performance, skills & reviews from my immediate lead & manager. I would still suggest to rub these Sr folks off in a good way and you might just get better opportunities in terms of projects/ hikes/ etc.
