Decent pay for what you do daily, But no growth within.
Pros
-Getting paid over $22 an hr for doing basic tasks such as driving or writing reports and following basic instructions. -Overall good management and transparent communication at all times. -Good benefits overall. Which is why the pay usually stays stagnant, I believe.
Cons
-No growth within the department unless you decide to be a manager (but it's a lot of work and stress) or have connections with higher-ups. But you will need a higher degree in engineering usually to move into a higher role. -In the last year they have changed the schedules, locations and constant change of procedures. If you can handle the constant changes and movement you should be ok. -They are constantly asking for advice and ideas for how to improve the product or service but even if you come up with a great idea they usually take it and don't give any credit unless you bring it up during performance reviews.
