Pros

Gave me opportunities I would not otherwise have had at other companies due to lack of formal education. There are some great leaders here

Cons

Upper upper management seems to always make a lot of last minute panic decisions that us in the lower ranks have to suffer through making it work. If your salaried you will be skipped on raises and bonuses and overall appreciation events as you continuously watch hourly employees enjoy lots of it.

Cons

No worklife balance. Parking is the worst. Micro management. HR plays favorites and does not hide it. Very unsafe work environment.
