Amazing company mission, lots of opportunity for growth for hard workers, best product on the market, a lot of opportunities to learn.

Cons

The need to get things done in the company can be stressful and will require you to perform many duties outside of your job description. The companies consistent changes can be difficult to manage, you will definitely need a thick skin and be comfortable with adapting your workflow to align with the companies objectives often.
