Stock awards and bonuses twice a year based on performance, good people, lots of internal job options, get to work with robots in unique environments, Tesla is an industry leader.
Cons
Pay is okay, raises don’t come as easily as they say, job is very physical at times and sometimes mind-numbing, requires lots of driving, it’s hard to make an internal job move that isn’t lateral, lack of career development.
