      Pros

      Can be inclusive with the right management, deal with cool cars and new technology, can be a great company with proper accountability.

      Cons

      Management are place holders, expect higher ups to bring on their people who may not have experience in the field needed, expect HR to be for the company and not the employee, stability is not promised.
