      *Horrible management *Pushed all the time to make numbers *Company do not invest in employees (we have to pay for 1 time per year christmas celebration by our selfes, or use money we get from selling empty cans...) company gives 40$ per employee per 1 year 😂

      Pros

      Allows employees to be innovative and stretch out into other areas of interest. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      The company will hold back money or recognition and just keep reminding you how lucky you are to work for them. You will be told things are tight and then the company will post record profits. The further up the chain you look, the scarier things get. The focus is always on volume and never on accuracy or safety. Upper management will never care about how well you did, only how much you did. They will say safety and accuracy is the number one priority but then set all expectations to where it clearly nullifies that.
