Not sure if I had bad luck with the people in my department , I Been working less than a year now and I wanna leave ,this is a caos, I mean this is not a team, its toxic, favoritisms, unclear expectations , some tight deadlines are just because yes not by impact or real urgency, you plan but everything changes in the last minute, micromanagement , punished for mistakes but not recognized for the hard work, always trying to give good results with the things being not ready by the speed needed, this environment starts to kill your mental health , i had my first anxiety attack working here , I love what I do but i feel really bad to don't know what to expect next day, they pretend to motivate you with fear instead of helping you to grow and be better , I think won't last too much , if you like pain , discomfort, no work life balance , and some days feeling bad after work this is your place
