      Pros

      - You’ll learn a lot about what not to do if you want a well-run company. - Free crash course on the results of longterm favouritism. - Still looks good on a résumé due to past successes (for now).

      Cons

      Tesla is decades behind in supply chain, procurement, cost control, and basic good practices. They had a monopoly for years, but now, competitors are eating their lunch and the only thing holding this place together is inertia. You will be told a lot of promises, but will literally be given zero opportunities to advance or even level up through education, since there aren't any initiatives. They offer nothing to help you improve or succeed, and NO ONE in management is on your side. Work here if you want a masterclass in how not to run a company, which by the way is based purely on favouritsm and NOT on merit.
