Pros

Professional colleagues in IT department. Everybody works hard. Looks like the brand is attractive when recruiting. Extra insurance is good.

Cons

Even thought many colleagues are talents, but there is no chemistry among them. that's a pity. Management is a mess: developers' KPI is evaluated by LOC; estimation is made by man*day and it is also a KPI, etc. Managers are doing work by instinct, instead of profession. The company culture is ambitious, work life balance is bad, OT without payment.
