Cons
Upper management is out of touch and unaware of teams inner workings, they care only about the overall statistical outcome and if that does not please Elon, they take drastic actions. You will burn out quickly if you don't pace yourself. A lot of work pressure is applied on everyone in the lower levels contributing to the quick burnout. Be prepared to not be commended for your contributions much and be treated as if it was the bare minimum you had to bring in to your role.
