All employees are overworked. Working Overtime is the standard and do not expect to be compensated. Because the pressure is so high, it creates conflicts between departments and most of the days consists in fighting with different departments to get things done. Very temperamental and hostile colleagues which results in a uncomfortable environment in the workplace. It is hard to get things done because top management is too focus in cost reduction and thereby unwilling to invest into tools that will help optimize the processes.

My opinion is that the retention rate is low due to a non-competitive salary when the long hours are factored in.
