Pros
Great people! Most everyone who works there is not in it for the money and they are doing it out of passion for the company, cars, or a special someone. The vehicles are obviously amazing. Still a huge amount of growth potential especially with profitability right around the corner.
Cons
Growing pains consist of: -bad communication and coordination -they don't pay that well which makes sense considering only ever posting a profit once in 15 years.
