      Huge opportunity for learning here

      Cons

      No work-life balance Bad management No training - you're expected to know it all starting day 1 Bullies and cliques are allowed Inappropriate and unprofessional behavior is tolerated and not dealt with No one cares if you're overworked. Expect to work 14 hours on regular basis

      High intern pay compared to any auto company in Michigan, free milk and cereal

      Cons

      You're given a mentor, but for many you're on your own. The team really didn't have an idea of where I'd fit so it's been an uphill battle ever since. Yes I have learned a lot, but no one appreciates what you do, and little help is ever given when needed.
