Pros

People who work there are great. Lots of office perks like free vending machine drinks, company stock options.

Cons

Mandatory overtime, 16 hours a day, 7 days a week on a "salary" which means no overtime pay. Too many chiefs and not enough indians.

Pros

You work with some of the brightest minds this world has to offer (people from all over the world work there), and with some cool technology.

Cons

There is zero work life balance. I was told that you either choose Tesla, or quality of life. Also, if you are involved in production then you will not last with a thin skin. I will say that it isn't a fault issue. The company must grow at its current rate to survive. I also, believe that it will not always be this way, and things will even out. It's just not a good fit for me personally.
