* Leads are not even remotely qualified to do their job * Most of management is from TCS, Infosys and other WITCH type companies and it shows. * Culture is basically bootlicking, * Talented workforce is far few and in-between. * IT org is a circus, run faar away from this place * Management has no clue on what they're building at all, even with "revamp"
