      No work life balance Goodbye to weekends Bad management (constant political games) Expect you to drop everything for this place Pay - incredibly underpaid for the amount of work required Always threatening your job Not a lot of growth opportunities Super hypocritical& play favorites Will speak negatively about you to others as an “example” and get upset when word gets back to you Ironically, sales management speaks badly about their managers and expect you not to speak “negatively” about processes they refuse to Fix.
