Pros
It's a great place to work. They say that you get what you put into your career at Tesla, and it's true. If you want to move up you can. It will take a lot of work, and some people/departments are stubborn. But you can make it happen if you work hard enough.
Cons
A lot of people here are stuck in their ways. You have to work with people here to get anything done. Training in this type of role is not good.
