      Easy plans that deduct nothing from your paycheck Local Emergency Room in Bastrop didn't take copays from tesla employees Snacks are great and free, cafe is usually open for food purchases as well The Pay and overtime were AMAZING when I started back in 2022

      Cons

      You will not be trained, you'll be expected to just know how to do the job. Lots of gatekeeping of knowledge so you'd better make great relationships with the engineers. Management is a rapidly changing structure and sometimes hire what they can. We had a low tech be the only one to apply and immediately power tripped, the department heads won't get fired but will simply move departments. Sometimes you'll get a great boss though. Had quite a few. Overall, I'd still work here. But you better pray you get a great team
