Allows to quickly learn lot of things in short time, Less bureaucracy - if you can navigate properly around different teams. Depending upon manager - they can empower you to progress. RSU's can be tempting if you believe in the future growth (not on the current allocation)

Cons

Can be overwhelming - imagine being in thick of things in day one and figuring out lot of issues by yourself. There will be guidance - but you are supposed to drive your own, Cultural shock - people are bonded on work ethic more and tend to have their own circles. You will have to find a balance. I think lately I have seen tendency of favoritism - getting good reviews and promoting not directly based upon merit, but more so on if they are in your circle and how good they are to you. At lease some of the layoff's I have seen aligns with that.
