Pros
Stocks. Name on resume. People are impressed when they here you work there and have lots of questions.
Cons
Stressful. Very poor communication from management. Very little direction from managers. Expectation that you are the 'beta', or 'gamma' type worker from Brave New World, and that management are the 'alpha' workers, and that you should be fully fulfilled at work regardless of actual duties, and happily work as many hours as possible to complete management's mission. Will tell you at a moment's notice to uproot your life and if you don't , well too bad. Why don't you care about the mission more?
