- If you have a good manager/leadership, loads of opportunities to grow! - Working on projects that actually bring impact.

Cons

- Culture is not the greatest, but that also depends on your leadership and management - Work life balance doesn't exist. You'll find yourself working earlier in the mornings to later in the night. If you're passionate about your work to the extent that it doesn't matter, this is the workplace for you.
