Always Customers FIRST, but Home Depot takes very good care employees as well!!! Great management, awesome employees, just love it!!! Just perfect training, getting all the knowledge to give excellent customer service!

Cons

I am pretty much new with the company, but been there enough to see "what is going on". There is not a bad word, or Cons. I could say about the company!

THD is a great company to work for, as far as retail is concerned

Pros

Friendly and helpful staff, great benefits (including profit sharing for everyone who has been there at least one quarter), lots of excellent/free training

Cons

At my store, the major downside is the scheduling. Some people get split days off or work 7-10 days straight.
