Pros
Casual atmosphere, easy communication with fellow associates, relatively easy to get time off, management was cooperative in scheduling around my college time
Cons
Lack of management involvement pertaining to customer complaints, some departments more understaffed than others, management lacked backbone to stand up to rude customers, occasionally had schedule changes done with no prior notice, awkward scheduling left some departments unattended or lacking personnel making communication difficult
