Pros

Excellent benefits...most co-workers (in store) are excellent to work with.

Cons

Hourly pay could always be better. Corporate politics run rampant. District level management does not live the company values. No way to voice concerns or grievances regarding district without being blacklisted.

Pros

Fairly good training in Atlanta. Local support was non existent

Cons

Now how many homeowners are going to make a buying decision at the end of your presentation without checking product and prices from other companies. I was involved with windows, and an order could be $3-4K. If I was the home owner, I would learn about what I wanted,& solicit bids. Most customers don't do their homework and are not decisive

Pros

Profit sharing, culture of doing the right thing for associates, some work from home days, casual work environment, mentoring opportunities.

Cons

Expectation to work long hours without comp time, minimal opportunity for entrepreneurship even though it is one of their core values.
