My store had an excellent owner and general manager, who really knew how to give customers a service experience that would keep them coming back, without doing so at the expense of the associates.

Cons

As with any retail business, some of the worst experiences can be dealing with difficult customers, whether they lack basic knowledge of how shipping operates or perhaps are just confrontational.

Cons

Customers were rude and would call headquarters to report you. Headquarters were constantly giving customers discounts which partially came out of owners pockets.
