Pros

Small workspace, which I always appreciated. It's nice to be able to know your coworkers well. Usually a pretty relaxed workflow depending on the volume of customers. You also meet very interesting people shipping very interesting things and learn the cheapest ways to ship things.

Cons

Sometimes heavy packages, VERY picky customer base.

I'm able to get 40 hours per week

Cons

Your schedule moves around all the time, pay is low, no benefits, constant verbal abuse from "customers" (in quotes because most people who enter aren't even paying customers for the store, just people there to return items for Amazon which we earn literal pennies for).
