The owners watch you all day on monitors as well as listen to you. They spend several months out if the year watching you from their Villa in Los Barriles Mexico. It’s extremely creepy. No PTO, no sick leave, no advancement opportunities, just empty promises.

Amazon returns. Huge stress on Amazon returns. Amazon didn't make it very clear if customers needed a box or not and customers become deranged, crazy, livid if they find out they need a box and they didn't bring one. They are always trying to steal boxes they see "laying around" when the UPS Store sells boxes, so of course we aren't supposed to just give customers boxes. Why would we do that? People get so livid. They also get mad when the shipments cost more than they think they should, as if the Customer service employee has any control over that. In general, the customers are extremely rude and literally crazy. I saw a video of some guy almost fatally attacking a UPS employee and I am NOT surprised, because I live in a very nice, safe area and people were absolutely feral over their Amazon returns. And pricing for regular shipments. So, I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys intense confrontation on a daily basis and doesn't mind people yelling in their face.
