Flexible hours, getting time off is workable, always have enough hours

Cons

Low pay, corporate doesnt care for their employees. It's a franchise so finding a good owner to work under is hit and miss. A lot of the technology in the store doesn't work well, or always has a problem. Most stores barely pay over minimum wage. They care 100x more about their image and money than the people who are making their money for them.

Pros

It was a relatively low stress job during the off seasons. I enjoyed working there for the first year or so.

Cons

Because it was run by a franchise owner, it all depends on them. If they do not feel like giving you a raise, you will not get one. You are required to know a lot in order to complete the job but even with this knowledge, it is not enough to get you a raise.
