It provides an environment to develop your skills in multitasking as you would be dealing with various services at a same time. Handling customers, managing parcels and contacting back office at a same time for any update on the package.

Cons

Work can become little overwhelming in rush hours. You have to be focused else lead to delay in shipping the parcels.

There is always something to do and your job description can slightly vary from store to store depending on how involved the owner is.

Cons

Workload can be too much for one person if there is an absentee owner and you are the only manager. Work/Life balance is non existent.
