Pros

The team work is amazing. Depending on the store you can select your own schedule. The job is easy.

Cons

The salary is low and moving up is limited. Marketing is a bit outdated and depending on the store social media presence is low. If sales is low its because the lack of social media presence. Mail box payment needs to be updated to online technology. Marketing works together with making sales. UPS is behind in the world changing fast in technology.

A Pro to this job is you can form a customer relationship with some of the customers.

Cons

Customers treat you horribly, always thinking you are UPS shipping. Having to work closely with the owner and most of them are selfish and horrible to work for. Also never any vacation, sick days, healthcare.
