Laid back atmosphere, lots or free time, lots of F2F interaction if you like that sort of thing.

Cons

Low pay, most will not offer any benefits or perks at all. No advancement with Franchise business model.

Pros

UPS Stores are franchises and are independently owned. Everything will depend on the owner of the particular store that you are working in. I had a great experience at the UPS Store as a part time job during college.

Cons

The job provides no benefits, and very limited career growth. the schedule during the Christmas season can be very hectic. Sometimes the customers can be rude.
