A lot to learn at first but after a while the job becomes very easy as you become familiar with all facets of the jobs.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Most Saturdays off, and Always closed on Sundays. Most evenings you are off by 6:30 or 7 depending on the store.

Cons

Low pay. Little to no abilities to move up in the company or transfer to another section of UPS. Customers aren't always the nicest. They will always get upset about price

If the store has a good owner/operator/manager, this can be an amazing job. Great experience for a first job. Develops customer service/customer relations experience.

Cons

The only con I experienced (again this is if the store has a good owner), was that there is little chance of going full time or receiving benefits. This may vary from store to store.
