Decent pay for retail, nice hours, holidays off, paid vacation, not excessively micromanaged. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Since it is a franchise, your mileage may vary. Don't expect all the perks listed above. Corporate has arbitrary rules that they adhere to mercilessly. Little room to grow. Crazy holiday hours.
