Pros

The company with quality products and service. A great learning opportunity for freshers.

Cons

Very highly target oriented organization leads to high attrition. The organization is customer or target oriented not for people who are working for them.

Pros

OK for benefits. Not very much positive to say.

Cons

Poor upper managment, regional managers do not work very hard and are short sighted, sales reps expected to work 16 hour days. Internal software system very outdated. Not responsive to customers.

Pros

Good health care benefits and 401k. Has the potential for good leadership. Has sufficient systems in place to manage effectively. PPI

Cons

Few, if any of the programs in place to encourage professional development are used effectively. Core values poorly describe the leadership style and are not embued through upper management and they do not trickle down, so leadership is left to the individuals in charge, which can vary INTENSELY. Fisher has no concept of principled leadership. Treatment of employees is downright unfair and imbalanced, again, depending on the leadership ability of the manager in charge. Cliquish pods of managers and directors result in lack of uniform treatment of employees, poor communication, rumor mongering and poor judgement. Annual reviews are done with no consistency across the comapny. PPI is an effective tool, but it is not used effectively. It is just one more thing to keep people looking busy and productive, which is typical of Fisher. As someone said..."lots of silos". Lots of initiatives that go nowhere because everything starts with a great idea but gets no support and it fizzes out...sometimes wasting money, costing jobs and confusing everyone.. Individualism, CYA and professional competition for positions, power and prestige dominate over teamwork, leadership and corporate vision.
