Pros
Benefits package are decent. Pay rate is better than some of the companies out there in the community. Other employees of senior years are great to work with.
Cons
How can i put this nicely!...Oh wait this is Thermofisher, there is nothing nice. They will con you, use you, degrade you, humiliate you, pretend they care about you, lie directly to your face, and play the blame game. If you ask a simple question, you get a 20 minute speech that still doesnt answer your question. Common sense and intelligent decisions tend to take a back door to micromanaging and worrying about how many times an employee has to use the bathroom. Morale is poor and management pretends that they care but all they do is passify the employees during high stress situations.
